The journey began with formal qualifications in 1996. Real-world learning followed inside a respected family firm and shaped how we serve today. Those foundations led to launching Pest Patrol Qld in 2007 to deliver the quality service clients deserve.

- 2000 – Joined the White Ant Man, a small family business, and gained deep field experience.

- 2004–2007 – Continued servicing clients within the partnership while refining standards.
- 2007 – Founded Pest Patrol Qld with guidance from the original Mr Cocky owner to better serve clients.

What We Do
We handle Timber Pest Inspections, Termite Treatments, and Pre-purchase Timber Pest Inspections. Everyday, clients often choose a combination visit that pairs an inspection with a General Pest Treatment for cockroaches, silverfish, spiders, and ants. General Pest Treatment is also available on its own. Rodent work is offered when needed and can be added to a general treatment. You get clear scopes, tidy work, and honest recommendations.
Who We Serve

Body corporates and property managers get dependable scheduling and reporting across multiple addresses. Smaller takeaway and food outlets are accepted selectively due to intensive needs and budget constraints.
Transparent Pricing and Value
The combination service is straightforward at a flat $330 per job for a Timber Pest Inspection with a General Pest Treatment. General Pest Treatment alone is $195 for existing clients and $242 for new clients. We gently and transparently adjust legacy pricing over time. Rodent treatments vary based on site conditions and are quoted with clarity. You always know what you’re paying for and why it matters.
What We Don’t Do
Pre-construction work for builders isn’t a focus. Bed bugs are avoided due to their complex, disruptive nature. Snakes aren’t handled. Possum issues are referred to trusted specialists, including Peter the Possum & Bird Man. This focus lets us deliver consistent results where our expertise is strongest.

Formatize, a cloud-based pest management system, securely manages client data, reporting, and scheduling. Xero supports bookkeeping and accounting with accurate job costings and timely payments.
